Investcorp Technology to Acquire Conduit for €90 Million

Dublin -- Investcorp Technology Ventures, the venture-capital arm
of South Africa-based investment group Investcorp, announced
that it has agreed to acquire Conduit Ltd., an Ireland-based
directory assistance business, for approximately €90 million (£61
million). Under the terms of the deal, InfoNXX, a U.S.-based
independent directory assistance provider, will participate as a
minority buyer. Investcorp said it expected to close the deal within
the next two months.
